	The House of the Rooster (Casa del Gallo I) is located at 12 via dell' Abbondanza. (VIII 5, 2). This view looks south across one of two atriums, showing a marble impluvium pool, toward the 3rd style fresco painting on the exedra wall in the peristyle. The house was excavated in 1840, 1881, and 1943.
