Dijon: Grave stela of pilgrim (Dijon Mus. Arch; Athena Review Image Archive)
This grave stela carving shows a man dressed for a pilgrimmage, with a cloak over his right shoulder and a purse in his left hand. This is a frequent scene portrayed in Gallo-Roman grave stelae, with a comparable example known from Autun.
The sculpture is in the Dijon Museum of Archaeology.
