Tivoli: Temple of Tosse (Piranesi 1760)

This 1760 drawing by Piranesi shows the circular structure of the so-called Tempio della Tosse ("Temple of the Cough"),  believed to be the vestibule of a Roman villa.

This is located near the ancient Via Tiburtina (present-day Strada degli Orti), near the Sanctuary of Hercules Victor, a temple complex from the 1st century BC, formerly known as the Villa of Maecenas.
