This detail from the fresco painting of Io at Canopus, from the Temple of Isis at Pompeii, It shows Isis holding a cobra as she reaches out to welcome Io, and a priest and priestess behind her each wielding a sistrum or rattle.

The painting is displayed in the National Archaeological Museum of Naple
