This
image from the Temple of Apollo shows detail of the head and upper
torso of the Late Hellenistic bronze statue of Diana or Artemis, who
like Apollo is portrayed as an archer. The statue stood against the
west portico.
The statue at the site is a reproduction. The original bronze sculpture is now in the Archaeological Museum of Naples.
