This 1865 albumen print by James McDonald of the Palestine Exploration Fund (PEF) shows the western entrance of the Dome of the Rock Mosque on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.
The photo was one of 43 photgraphic plates published in the 1865 Ordnance Survey of Jerusalem by Captain Charles Wilson (PEF).
